Shipping: Orders are shipped on M-F. Processing will take 1-2 days. If you need to receive a purchase on the next day within the USA, please call 760-518-6980. We can in most cases have things overnited to you by way of Fedex. However overnite services are very expensive and depending on your location and proximity to a major city and airport it will cost between $30 and $50 for a package weighing less the 1 lb. But, it can be done, and so we offer that to you in case you need it. 

International Shipping ONLY:  We ship internationally through the US Postal Service using Express Internationl. This method while it does cost a bit more, ensures that your purchase arrives as it should. Packages are tracked and delivery is confirmed by signature.

Returns: If you find your purchase is not what you expected and would like to return it, you may do so within 30 days of purchase. Items MUST be returned in the identical condition they were went sent to you. Packaging must be in tact if applicable and tags must be attached to items. Please pack the items carefully to ensure they stay in new condition. You the purchaser are responsible for return shipping costs. You will receive a credit at the time we receive the returns if they are in new condition. If we receive your return beyond the 30 days we will be happy to issue you an in store credit.

Claims: If your package was insured and in the unfortunate event, your package does not arrive or is damaged we may file a claim. A claim must be filed within 10 days, so please give me some advance notice it it seems your package is taking to long.

Your Privacy: We value your trust in our company and will not sell any information that you give to us to any third party company.  

We have taken steps to ensure that your information is secure on our servers. We use SSL Encrytion during the checkout process. This makes sure all of your personal information is encoded while being compiled by you and sent to your credit card company. Our system is monitored daily and that can be verified by the Geo Trust seal that can be found to your left. The correct date should appear there daily.

For your added protection, all of your credit card information is purged immediately after your order is complete. We do not keep your credit information on file.

We are happy that you have decided to trust us with dressing your precious little preemie(s). We promise to provide you with the most appropriate pieces of clothing for each situation. We promise to bring the most adorable clothing we can find while not giving up the functionality that is the number one priority in the NICU.
