Shipping: Orders are shipped on M-W-F. If orders are received by 10:00 AM PT on any shipping day, your items will go out with that days shipments. If you choose flat rate priority shipping, I will be able to put as many items as will fit into a priority envelope or box. 

International Shipping: If you find you are not able to enter your country into the shipping information, please contact me with your location and I will add your country to the long list of countries in our database. avababys@hotmail.com

Returns: If you find your purchase is not what you expected and would like to return it, you may do so. Items MUST be returned in the identical condition they were went sent to you. Packaging must be in tact if applicable and tags must attached to items. You the purchaser are responsible for return shipping costs. You will receive a credit at the time we receive the returns.

Your Privacy: We value your trust in our company and will not sell any information that you give to us to any third party company.

We have taken steps to ensure that your information is secure on our servers. We use secure HTTPS protocols for the checkout process and also login. This makes sure all of your personal information is encrypted while it is being sent. We monitor our servers daily for any security concerns.

We are happy that you have decided to trust us with dressing your precious little preemie(s). We promise to provide you with the most appropriate pieces of clothing for each situation. We promise to bring the most adorable little pieces we can find while not giving up the functionality that is the number one priority in the NICU.
