It has taken me some time, but I FINALLY have them. These are the very blankys that our little Ava used. Little Giraffe Chenille is like no one else's that I have tried and I have tried some others. We used the beautiful little blanky that Ava was given as a gift from the moment she was given it. You can see in pictures her laying on the fabulously soft little blanky. She fit on it head to toe, since she was only 13 inches long. As she grew it became a perfectly sized blanket for her. It became a great little snuggly when she was finally bigger then it. 
I believe in these blankys more then you can imagine and that is why I have tried so hard to get them,  and believe me Little Giraffe doesn't just sell to anyone. I couldn't be happier to have them. If you can only buy one thing for your micro preemie............THIS IS IT. 14 X 14
PREEMIE TIP: Mommies, after washing your blanky, sleep with it for a night. This will leave your scent behind on the blanky so your little one will be able to smell it and become familiar your mommy smell. They will associate comfort and the scent with you.
Here are pictures of Ava on her Little Giraffe Blanky @ 10 days,  2.5 weeks, and 2 months. The only time she wasn't using it was when it was home being washed.
