FAQ
 

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What payment methods can I use?
A: For your convenience we have made it possible for you to use Visa, MasterCard, Amex or PayPal.


Q: What will my shipping costs be?
A: We do ship free within the USA on all orders over $60.00. You can also view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: What shipping methods does AvaBaby's use?
A: We ship Monday-Friday and to save you money we use the US Postal service to the US and Canada. You can choose to rush your order by selecting either Priority or Express shipping. In some cases you may need your things immediately. That can be done by way of FedEx and you will be able to receive your purchase by the next day guaranteed if we receive your order before 3:00 PM Pacific. Please give us a call to make those special arrangements @ 760-518-6980. For Internationl shipping abroad we use FedEx which insures the safe arrival of your purchase.

Q: Can I make this a gift?
A: We do offer gift notes to be enclosed with your purchase. You will find that option on every detail page. Just add one as a note to me, then if you want me to write something personal, just email me at avababys@gmail.com .with your brief message. Be sure to leave me your full name as it appears on your order. We do not include prices on our packing slips so no need to worry about that. We do not offer gift wrapping at this time.

Q: Can I make returns?
A: You are more then welcome to make a return for any reason. All that we ask is that you do it within 30 days of your purchase and that all items be returned in new condition with all packaging and tags in tact. To send your purchase back to us, simply address it to the address on the packing slip that was enclosed with your order. Please enclose that same packing slip or a copy of it it so that we can be sure to get your refund to you as quickly as possible.

Q: I don't like ordering on the internet, can I place an order over the phone?
A: Absolutely! We understand that some still are not comfortable with the internet. In that case or any other situation for that matter phone orders are perfectly ok. We do however prefer that you place your order online for a couple of reasons. The first is that by doing so, you will have confirmations of everything that is done, like your actual purchase, and you will be notified when your order is shipped. Secondly, I will get the same information. I will actually be able to see exactly what you ordered so there will be no error on my part. 

Q: I received something that is not quite what I ordered.
A: On a rare ocassion it may turn out that we did not have exactly the number in stock that we thought we had. Knowing the needs of preemies, we understand that receiving your purchase in a timely manner is crucial, so we will take the liberty to substitue an identical product style, but in a little bit different fabric. I will look at the style of what you have already choosen and try to find something that I think you will be happy with rather then to not send anything. If you are unhappy with the choice I make, please feel free to return it and I will refund not only the price of the replacement but your shipping as well. We want you to be happy, and that is the bottom line. 

Q: Where are your clothes made?
A: Most of our clothing is made right here in the USA. We do however carry a few lovely lines that are imported from Australia, Portugal and Peru.



Our goal is to make your shopping experience here as simple and relaxing as possible, after all, if you are here you may at least have one very tiny newborn in the NICU. Life is already rather hectic for you no doubt and I don't want to add any further stress.
